mareeInternal Influence was established by Maree Burgess in 2003 and specialises in creating mindset change in others to lift their abilities and overall performance.

 

Maree created and developed the Influence Your Mindset™ Program to help organisations unleash their people's potential in what they do in their everyday work lives.The Influence Your Mindset™ Program is for individuals and groups who want to effect the changes required within to create the changes required without.

 

Prior to establishing Internal Influence, Maree spent the first three years of her working life as a Registered Nurse, followed by long and fulfilling corporate banking career in a range of management roles.

 

Since forming Internal Influence, Maree has established a network of like-minded colleagues with a diverse range of skill sets who she can call on for those large pieces of work or where different expertise is required.

 

Maree is qualified to administer the Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), is a Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), holds a Security Instiute of Australia Certificate, a Diploma of Nursing and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. By using these and a variety of other techniques and methodologies acquired from various training programs and work and life experiences Maree aims to ensure the effectiveness of her programs last long after participants have finished their sessions.
