Packages are tailored to the individual or group's outcomes who want to effect changes in how they do things and focus on:

• Stepping Up - Which is about moving to the next level.
• Stepping Back - Which is about creating more balance between work and life.
• Stepping Off - Which is about transitioning to a new direction or career.

Core Skills Training - small group workshops
Internal Influence provides core skills training workshops to fast track people in presenting, coaching or communicating for success.

Workshops are capped at a maximum of 20 people (and less for Presentation Skills) to ensure a safe environment for people to share, inspire, explore and practice.

Coaching To Develop Your Team - Teaches leaders how to use coaching skills

Presentation Skills - Teaches the importance of being able to effectively present to a group of people, to overcome fears of public speaking and deliver powerful and expressive presentations.

Communicating for Success - Internal Influence provides a range of programs to suit a your organisation’s needs in areas such as influencing, negotiation, workplace performance, and creating effective teams.
